Substitution Policy

We will do everything within our power to ensure that our products go out as close to those pictured. However flowers are seasonal and we are at the mercy of what is available from our local auction house and suppliers. Supply and demand as well as weather, seasons and holiday periods will effect this.

In the event that a substitution is required we will do our best to swap out with something as close to the original product as possible. If this is not possible we may be required to call you and request another option to the same value.

If a specific flower is required we will need the order to be placed 48hrs in advance as we may have to source product from outside of the region. Subject to availability.
